BottomBots
Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College Fall ’13 - Winter ‘14

Bottom Bot is a submersible hull-cleaning robot that sticks to the hull of a boat using a sump-pump and drives along scrubbing early growth algae. A laptop would issue commands through a waterproof tether to an onboard Arduino for motor control. I was responsible for software control and UI design, video transmission, supplying power and data-flow through the waterproof tether, and electronics waterproofing.
